Rachel Farber

Yoga Teacher

Rachel has always had a passion for health and wellness and is a natural born teacher. Starting with 15 years of gymnastics and 24 years experience in teaching group fitness, she’s been active all her life.

She loves her balance between martial arts and yoga to keep her body, mind, and spirit in harmony.  While she earned her Black Belt for herself at age 50 in Karate, she currently practices a mix of Tae Kwon Do, Muy Thai, Karate, and Krav Maga.  In that same year, she also completed her Yoga Alliance RYT 500 hour teacher certification. She is very passionate about empowering young women with self-defense, as well as teaching the comfort, peace, and joy that can be found when practicing yoga.

She believes in keeping the body moving and working mindfully at every age, according to its original and proper design.  No matter where you are in your practice, she welcomes you to come explore further and at your own pace, to see what your miraculous body can do!
